RESIDENT FINDER SERVICE
Finder’s fee service is a one-time fee of 75% of one full months rent plus any marketing costs.
A $350.00 non-refundable advance is payable upon signature of the contract, which will be credited toward the 75% fee.
Finder’s fee service includes:
- Sign and lockbox
- Marketing and showing your property
- Clearing applications (includes credit report)
- Applicant(s) lease preparation, lease signing and utilities transfer
- 10 business days after move in:
- Security deposit and rent proceeds transferred to owner
- Resident pays directly to owner through remainder of lease term
